I think Madokami is Walpurgisnacht, because her familiars are Walpurgisnacht's familiars, and it's said that Walpurgisnacht is the general name for any conglomeration of Witches - and Madokami literally absorbed every witch, so she should count as a conglomeration of Witches.
And instead of Devil Homura being Walpurgisnacht (common fan theory but in my opinion it ruins Homura's character), Devil Homura is actually more tied to Kriemhild Gretchen, she literally does the same thing that Gretchen does (make the whole universe in her barrier and turn it into a utopia).
P.S. I also haven't read Wraith arc but I heard that Kriemhild Gretchen lives inside Homura's shield? So maybe Devil Homura happened when Homura absorbed Kriemhild Gretchen?

Yeah, in the Rebellion Production notes it specifically mentioned that Homura had 'Karma on a scale that is difficult to comprehend under normal circumstances', which seems to be hinting that she did gain the same amount of Karma as Madoka from the time loops - or at least her Witch form did. That can't be the case , walpurgisnacht existed long before madokami ever came into being. The more clear answer would be that walpurgisnacht isn't it's real name but just a conglomerate of witches right? In madoka magica witches are given names that are symbolic with how and why they turned into witches. Think homulily, Elsa Maria, kreimheld Gretchen and also when we know their true name , we also know their true nature as a witch. It was always odd to me that a witch with a helpless nature would be the most powerful witch aside from madokas. We don't know who walpurgisnacht really is , so how can we come to the conclusion its nature is helplessness? Combine that with the fact its upside down , and the second it becomes right side up it will obliterate everything in the blink of an eye, including the earth itself. I think walpurgisnacht came to be from madoka failing the law of cycles and it becoming corrupted somehow , leading to even more despair than if they were to turn into witches. (They being the magical girls madoka saved). But that raises another question, what makes a magical girl/witch powerful enough to summon and control familiars?
